Emma Keppel-Jones is a music therapy student at Wilfrid Laurier University, whose goal is to work with youth. Currently studying viola with Christine Vlajk, Emma has been playing the instrument for seven years and has twelve years of experience playing violin prior to university. She has also taken lessons in guitar, piano and clarinet, and loves to make music with others in various orchestras. In the last year, Emma has played with the Waterloo Chamber Players in concerts and with a small group that travels around the region bringing music to those in retirement homes. As well, she has played in the Laurier Chamber and Symphony Orchestras, and acted as Assistant Producer for Laurier Musical Theatre’s annual production. Outside of music, Emma loves reading, trying new bubble tea flavours and spending time with her friends. She is so excited to be part of Bandology’s summer camp this year!
