Music Mentor Program

What is a music mentor? Music mentors are an integral part of the Band Camp experience! Similar to a counselor in training, music mentors get the opportunity to learn how to lead, with a daily program that teaches you a variety of leadership qualities. Each day at camp, music mentors get the opportunity to showcase the new skills they have learned. Applicants for this program must be in grade 11 or 12 if applying for our Summer camps. If applying to our March Break Music Camp, applicants must be in grade 9-12. University music students are encouraged to apply too. It’s a wonderful and safe space for students to get involved in the community, and also earn volunteer hours and valuable experience working with children and youth.
