Jobs with Bandology allow young people in Halton the opportunity to develop a wide variety of skills in a safe and welcoming space including marketing, communications, sales, operations, research and more, as well as the chance to pursue different aspects and applications of their passion for music and music education. Bandology employees have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively with each other as well as opportunities to work closely with Board members from diverse backgrounds with varied experience who provide mentorship in an early stage of their life in the workforce.
