Bandology is a proud Canadian non-profit dedicated to supporting more music for more kids via education, collaboration and community.

Jobs with Bandology allow young people in Halton and the Waterloo regions the opportunity to develop a wide variety of skills in a safe and welcoming space including marketing, communications, programming, operations, research and more, as well as the chance to pursue different aspects and applications of their passion for music and music education. Bandology employees have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively with each other as well as opportunities to work closely with Board members from diverse backgrounds who provide mentorship in an early stage of their life in the workforce.

Hiring is open for the 2026 season as of February.

Interviews will be conducted in late March and into April.

Work terms start in May 2026.

  • Workshop Coordinator

Before applying, please ensure you meet the eligibility requirements for the Canada Summer Jobs Program. To be eligible, youth must:

• Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the beginning of the employment period
• Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment
• Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulation
• International students are not eligible participants. International students include anyone who is temporarily in Canada for studies and who is not a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or person who has been granted refugee status in Canada
