Bandology’s annual Band Camp is a week-long day camp for keen music students in grades 7-12 who want to improve their musical skills in the summer. This year marks our 10th year of Band Camp!
Led by some of the best conductors, clinicians and music teachers in southern Ontario, campers enjoy using top-notch music facilities to participate in warm-ups and chorales, break-out into sectionals and small groups, and rehearse as a full concert band. There’s also lots of fun with games, camp projects and team-building activities. At the end of the week, campers have a final day pizza party while preparing for a mini-concert for parents and friends.

Campers must bring their own instruments; however, percussion equipment and music stands are provided. Don’t have your own instrument? Don’t worry – Band Camp is committed to providing music for every child! Instruments from our lending library are available to be loaned out to campers at almost no cost. Drop us an email at camp@bandology.ca and we’ll fix you up!
Play something that isn’t a band instrument such as a guitar or piano? Get in touch with us, and we’ll figure out how to fit you into the band!
For campers with financial challenges, we have partnered with local community funding organizations and private donors to help subsidize camp fees. Please don’t hesitate to email us at camp@bandology.ca for more details.

Think you are a bit too old to be a camper?
Do you have lots of experience and expertise to offer? Apply to become a music mentor! Open to students in grades 11 and up who have lots of music and camp experience.
Have kids who are too young for Band Camp?
We’ve got you covered with Band Camp Junior, open for kids in grades 1-6. No music experience required and just as fun as Band Camp!
