Parent Advocacy

When it comes to making changes at the government, school board or administration level, parents are the best advocates for their children. As taxpayers and community members, parents have a real voice when it comes to advocating for changes that help children succeed in school and in life.

Announcement by the Ontario Minister of Education, March 2019:

The announcement from the Ontario Minister of Education during March break 2019 (click here) was a huge blow to public education and to the opportunities for success for high school students. The increase of the class size ratio will almost certainly reduce music and arts classes.
